After Safe Harbor Ruling, Your Data Remains Protected at Cornerstone
In early October, the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) struck down the 15-year-old Safe Harbor agreement — the most common way to legally transfer data between Europe and the U.S. — after determining the agreement was not sufficient to ensure the protection of Europeans' personal data. The U.S. and EU have since been working on a new Safe Harbor agreement, but there's no telling how long a conclusion may take.

S’il y a une chose que 2020 a appris aux employeurs, c’est que l’agilité et l’adaptabilité sont essentielles pour faire face aux changements. Et pour de nombreuses entreprises, l’intelligence artificielle peut être l’une des clés pour répondre à ce changement de paradigme. De l’optimisation des opérations de vente, à la rationalisation des chaînes d’approvisionnement, ou en passant par la création d’un service client plus rapide et personnalisé, l’IA est l’une des composantes clés du futur des entreprises. Néanmoins, il y a un domaine sous-estimé par les entreprises ou l’IA est cruciale afin de transformer « l’expérience collaborateurs », les ressources humaines (RH).
