What is Cornerstone Cares?
Cornerstone Cares is a free platform for anyone looking for timely, essential training resources. It features online courses designed to help you protect yourself and others from the coronavirus, practice self-care to manage the stress and isolation of quarantine, stay productive while working from home, and mitigate or eliminate unconscious biases.
Which languages are included in Cornerstone Cares?
At this time, Cornerstone Cares features training content in English, French, Italian, Spanish, and German. We are planning to release more content in multiple languages soon.
How do I sign up for an account?
Sign up for Cornerstone Cares on the Cornerstone Cares registration page. Fill the required fields, set a password, and you can log in.
I tried signing up but it says that my email address is already in use. What should I do?
This could mean that you already have an account on Cornerstone Cares. Go to our Cornerstone Cares login page and log in with your email address and password. If you do not remember your password, click on the reset password link and enter your email address to receive a reset link.
If I am an existing Cornerstone Content Anytime customer, do I already have access to these courses?
Most of the training content in Cornerstone Cares is also available in Cornerstone Content Anytime subscriptions as long as a customer “opts-in.”
I tried logging in but received the following message: you have entered invalid authentication credentials. What should I do?
Check the following: · Your email is incorrect (Is your account is under a different email?) · Your password is incorrect · Your account has been deactivated or do you not have an account If you think you do not have an account, sign up for Cornerstone Cares here. If you think your password is wrong, click the "Forgot password" link, and enter your email address to receive a reset email. If you think your account was deactivated or need your password manually reset click to contact our help desk.
I clicked reset password and entered my email address, but I did not receive an email.
