What DEIB means to us

What DEIB means to us

Cornerstone is a place where you can feel you belong and where you can spark greatness through your work. We build and evolve our culture using Cornerstar feedback from employee engagement surveys and inclusion and belonging index surveys. In our diverse environment built on equity and inclusion, you can feel seen, heard, and supported because everyone is continuously learning and thriving together.

Read our DEIB policy here.

Why DEIB

Why DEIB

DEIB has been a hotly debated topic in the public sphere, with allegations that it amounts to "reverse discrimination," groupthink, and divisiveness. Taking a stand against these allegations through a results-driven DEIB program is a way for organizations to make a positive impact in our current society. Cornerstone has chosen to double down on our commitment to social impact because, at our core, we're a learning company. And we believe that when we all know better, we all do better.

Cornerstar Resource Groups

Cornerstar Resource Groups

Cornerstar Resource Groups (CRGs) bring together people who share a common identity and allies to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace. In a CRG, Cornerstars build community, share cultural experiences, and provide career guidance to create a culture where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported.
