We build and evolve our culture using Cornerstar feedback from employee engagement surveys and inclusion and belonging index surveys. Cornerstar Resource Groups
Cornerstar Resource Groups (CRGs) bring together people who share a common identity and allies to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace. In a CRG, Cornerstars build community, share cultural experiences, and provide career guidance to create a culture where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported.

CRGs are encouraged to bring their skills, passions, and insights into their communities through philanthropic opportunities. Engaging with our communities drives positive societal change. Development & Tuition Reimbursement
Internal personalized learning experiences that align with your career goals. Full-time Cornerstars may be eligible for tuition reimbursement.
Cornerstone Family First Initiative
This one-time initiative can reimburse some out-of-pocket expenses associated with egg freezing, IVF, adoption, or surrogacy.
Fertility Discounts with Mira
You can receive discounted fertility services and products. And we reimburse some costs for eligible procedures that require you to travel to receive care.
Wellbeing Days
With Wellbeing Days, we schedule paid days off during the months of July, August, and September so our people can focus on their wellbeing.
Employee Disaster Relief
In the event of a natural disaster, we cover the cost of a hotel room for employees and their immediate family members.
