Earlier this year, Cornerstone introduced workforce agility — a call to arms for organizations to embrace agility, empower their workforce to bridge the workforce readiness gap and effectively predict, leverage, and respond to rapid changes. Because when people are at their best, organizations are, too.
It's my pleasure to welcome the one and only Annee Bayeux as Cornerstone's new International Workforce Agility Officer in Residence. With over 20 years at the forefront of Learning & Development, business transformation, talent management, and HR tech, Annee is uniquely suited to help companies push beyond boundaries and turn ideas into pragmatic solutions that deliver real results.
Annee has been driving workforce development at some of the world's largest and most dynamic companies — Bosch, Alstom, General Electric, and Danone, to name a few. Her desire to help the workforce transition to the future of work has led her to create Ardoise.ai, an AI upskilling start-up. With her passion for workforce readiness and agile development, plus a deep understanding of HR tech, she perfectly aligns with Cornerstone's mission to empower change through agility. From leading large-scale transformations to designing forward-thinking learning strategies, Annee's dedication to helping businesses become skills-based organizations (SBOs) is truly inspiring.
What's especially exciting about Annee joining us is her love for innovation. As a self-proclaimed L&D nerd, she's obsessed with AI's potential to enhance workforce capabilities — something we've already seen incredible success with the launch of Cornerstone Galaxy, our AI-powered workforce agility platform.
Annee's deep knowledge will be invaluable as we continue to expand the horizons of what's possible for our 7,000 customers worldwide. With her leadership, I'm confident we'll make even greater strides in helping businesses adapt, upskill, and thrive in an ever-evolving world.
