Consumerization of the enterprise has fundamentally changed the expectations for the user interface and experience when it comes to enterprise software. Today, employees have access to a vast array of apps that are sleek and easy-to-use. Not surprisingly, they want their enterprise software to provide them with the same experience. A well-designed interface can be the difference between a successful product and one that suffers from poor adoption and impact.
Cornerstone’s September ’14 Product Release delivers important consumerization updates to Cornerstone Recruiting, reinforcing our commitment to improving the user experience with a simplified and easy-to-use interface.
Recruiting Highlights from the September 2014 Release
- Improved Experience for Managing Applicants – With a completely new interface that matches the look and feel of other Cornerstone applications, hiring teams can manage candidates with even greater ease. Everyone involved in hiring takes action on candidates much faster to reduce the recruiting cycle.
- Apply With Mobile – The number of applicants that apply through a mobile device is steadily growing. With this new release, the Cornerstone Recruiting application process is now streamlined and optimized for mobile devices. Users can now search and apply for job directly from their smartphones or tablets. Applicants are also given the added flexibility to switch between devices and even finish the application on a desktop device.
