Leading international emergency and healthcare company chooses the Cornerstone human capital management platform to support the company globally and locally
Copenhagen – 11 January 2018 – Cornerstone OnDemand (NASDAQ: CSOD) a global leader in cloud-based learning and human capital management software, today announced that Falck has selected the Cornerstone human capital management (HCM) platform to consolidate and globally align its HR processes and systems.
As the leading international emergency and healthcare company operating across 46 countries and six continents, Falck’s 38,000 employees are constantly working around the clock to service and rescue people in need, whether they’re stranded by the road with a faulty car, in need of an ambulance or experiencing a fire.
This rapid pace of work, coupled with Falck’s recent international growth and expansions, has driven demand for better global alignment and the need for digitised HR processes and systems.
Cornerstone will help Falck realise this alignment and digitisation by implementing one platform for the whole organisation, which will also enable and standardise employee development and workforce planning.
