Cornerstone OnDemand Sets Date to Announce First Quarter Results

First quarter 2013 results to be released on May 1, 2013 after market close

SANTA MONICA, Calif. – April 29, 2013 – Cornerstone OnDemand (NASDAQ:CSOD), a global leader in cloud-based talent management software solutions, today announced that its financial results for the first quarter 2013 will be released after the market close on Wednesday, May 1, 2013. Cornerstone will host a conference call to discuss the results at 2:00 p.m. PT (5:00 p.m. ET) on the same day.
