New Belgium Brewing is the fourth-largest craft brewery in the United States, right behind D.G. Yuengling, Boston Beer Co. and Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. New Belgium is committed to producing high-quality, Belgian-inspired beers. But the brewery is known for more than just its great hops: The company is also regularly recognized as an amazing workplace. Outside magazine listed New Belgium as one of the "Best Places to Work," and the Wall Street Journalhas called it one of the country’s "Best Small Businesses" because of its commitment to culture, intensive recruiting process and unique management style.
When the Colorado-based brewery decided to add a second facility in Asheville, North Carolina, they turned to Cornerstone’s Recruiting, Learning and Performance Suites to help them maintain their award-winning culture and high-quality recruiting processes, and to make sure their HR practices were adaptable as the company grew.
