The Galaxy Unified Navigation delivers a seamless experience across Cornerstone products, simplifying how users interact with learning, performance, and succession solutions. AI-powered career pathing and mentorship enhancements help employees navigate growth opportunities, while ensuring required training remains a priority. Additionally, deeper workflow integrations and expanded automation capabilities enhance efficiency, allowing organizations to scale with confidence.

One of the most anticipated updates in this release is Galaxy Unified Navigation, which introduces a consistent UI across all Cornerstone products. This streamlined navigation experience ensures:

  • Seamless movement between Cornerstone Learn and Elevate.
  • Expanded admin configurations for easier customization.
  • Out-of-the-box support for Performance and Succession menus.

In March 2025, Learn and Elevate customers can self-enable this feature as early adopters, offering a simplified and intuitive way to access important workflows.



With the update of our conversational AI assistant, employees and administrators will benefit from highly personalized AI-driven insights that:

  • Streamline workflows by automating repetitive administrative tasks.
  • Enhance decision-making with real-time recommendations.
  • Boost efficiency by delivering proactive guidance based on user behavior.

With this release, performance management is more data-driven and intuitive:

  • AI-assisted goal creation: When setting goals, employees can leverage AI-powered suggestions for goal descriptions, making them more actionable and aligned with business objectives.
  • Check-in summarization: A new AI-based summarization tool will allow users to generate quick summaries of check-in notes, making performance reviews more efficient.
  • Talent pool co-ownership: To streamline succession planning, talent pools can now have multiple co-owners, reducing disruptions when ownership transitions occur.


  • Required training flag: Administrators can now mark mandatory training as "required," ensuring learners can filter and prioritize critical learning assignments.
  • Unifying content management: A new Content Manager (open beta) simplifies how administrators create and manage different types of learning objects, including curricula, online courses, and events. AI-powered description generation further accelerates content development.
  • MS Teams Integration for Interview Scheduling: Recruiters can now automate interview link generation and distribution through MS Teams, reducing scheduling errors and freeing up time for talent engagement.
  • Even more secure people data & governance: User Record Templates provide greater control over access to HR data, ensuring the right stakeholders can view and manage information.


  • Stronger password policies: New policies increase minimum password length, providing added security safeguards.
  • Multi-factor authentication (MFA): To enhance security, MFA is now available in the CornerstoneGalaxy MobileApp for Learning Management customers, adding an extra layer of protection.


For organizations leveraging Cornerstone for Extended Enterprise, this release introduces pre-built e-commerce connectors for Authorize.net and BlueSnap. Additional CyberSource REST API integration offers even greater flexibility for managing payments and monetizing learning content.
