As the late winter months approach, and weather conditions worsen, employees may be working from home more often. That’s especially true for those who drive to the office and want to avoid unsafe road conditions. But working from home can be distracting for employees who have children or even roommates who don’t work a 9-5. Encourage managers to communicate with employees to create an effective WFH plan so that they can continue to be productive—regardless of their whereabouts.
