Read on to see everything Cornerstone was up to in Q1 and what’s still to come this year!

There was no shortage of customer success in Q1 – our favorite moments to see! We celebrated a massive win for Cornerstone customer Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) as they were listed at #11 in the 2024 Training Magazine APEX Awards for best-in-class employee training and development. Join us in sending huge congratulations to the entire SNHU team. We love being a part of the L&D puzzle.

Our International Customer Success team had a front-row seat to even more customer celebrations as they wrapped up a standout Customer Success Summit in Malta. There, Cornerstone had the pleasure of connecting with our customers in person and building and sharing strategies for furthering their success and ensuring their organizations can experience the most value from our solutions.

Hear what our Chief International Officer Vincent Belliveau had to say about the event here.

Which is why our teams are constantly listening to customer feedback, addressing what matters most to them and seeking out new opportunities to deliver the greatest value to every person and organization who uses our products.

In Q1, we put those words into action with our March 2024 product release, where we focused on enhancing usability and capability to ensure a seamless experience for administrators and users alike. And while we’re thrilled to see the immediate improvements these have made to our customer experience, our pursuit to continuously innovate and enhance our products across our entire portfolio continues.

In Q1, we made a big splash with the announcement of two new iconic partnerships with two legendary athletes.

Kicking things off, we introduced our partnership with tennis star Sloane Stephens, a US Open champion and one of the top-ranked tennis players in the world. An avid learning advocate like us, we are thrilled to promote our shared vision and approach to lifelong learning, working together to power potential on and off the court.

We quickly followed up with a second and equally exciting partnership announcement, welcoming Melissa Stockwell, an American three-time Paralympian, former U.S. Army officer and co-founder of the Dare2tri Paratriathlon Club. Together, the Cornerstone team and Melissa will collaborate to encourage greater agility, alignment and adaptability in the worlds of sports and business.

For Cornerstone, these partnerships aren’t just an opportunity to highlight Sloane and Melissa’s athletic achievements, but instead to further reflect our continued commitment to empowering the growth, development and agility of people around the world and highlighting and promoting greater diversity and possibilities in the world of sports.

We are so proud to welcome both Sloane and Melissa as the newest members of the Cornerstone team and true representatives of our mission and brand.

We've been intentional in our efforts to redefine the future of work in order to provide engaging, personalized, growth-centric experiences for everyone. In Q1, that journey was reflected in a big way as we announced the acquisition of Talespin, a leader in spatial learning focused on workforce skills development.
